WHEN I WENT WITH MY FRIEND TO BUY A LAND FIRST WE SAW THE LAND THE LOCATION WIDTH ,BREADTH ETC.
AND WHEN WE WENT TO SEE A BRIDE FOR HIM WE HAVE SEEN ALMOST THE SAME FEATURES THE HEIGHT OF THE GIRL, EDUCATION, COLOR,ETC.
AFTER SEARCHING AND FINDING DIFFERENT LANDS WE HAVE SELECTED ONE. WHICH WAS MOST PERTINENT
AND SAME WITH A GIRL , LOOKING AND SEARCHING MANY GIRLS WE HAVE SELECTED ONE GIRL WHICH WAS COMPATIBLE AND SUITABLE WITH MY FRIEND.
AFTER SELECTING A LAND WE HAVE DONE AGREEMENT(BAYANA) OF THAT LAND AND GIVEN SOME TOKEN MONEY TO THE SELLER.
AND SAME WITH THE OTHER PROPERTY WE HAVE DONE ROKNA OR WE CAN SAY THAT BAYANA OR AGREEMENT.
IN AN GREEMENT IT WAS MENTIONED WE WILL COMPLETE THE CONTRACT AFTER SIX MONTHS .BECAUSE IN THIS DURATION BOTH THE PARTIES CAN ANALYSE EACH OTHER(KAHI ZAMEEN ME JHAGDA TO NAHI HAI TIME HAI PATA CHAL JAYEGA)
IN ROKNA BOTH THE PARTIES DONE THE SAME TOOK 6 MONTHS OF TIME TO GET MARRIAGE COMPLETE (KAHI LADKI KA CHAKAR TO NAHI HAI PATA CHAL JAYEGA)
NOW THE NEGOTIATION PART COMES
ARE BHAI SAHAB 10 LAKH TO JADA HAI 8 THEEK RAHENGE.. THIS LINE IS APPROPRIATE FOR BOTH THE PROPERTIES..
AND AT THE END PROPERTY WAS VERY EASILY BEING TRANSFERRED TO MY FRIEND....
